Support
Questions about the app, your account or an order in progress — we answer email from clinics and laboratories directly.
Requirements
iPhone or iPad with a Face ID camera, iOS 18 or later, and an account issued to your clinic or laboratory. When reporting a problem, tell us the device model, the app version shown in Settings, and roughly when it happened — each scan carries a diagnostic record we can look up from that.
Common questions
- Which devices does Foot Camera work on?
- An iPhone or iPad with a Face ID (TrueDepth) front camera, running iOS 18 or later. The scanner uses that depth sensor, so devices without one cannot capture scans.
- How do I get an account?
- Accounts are issued to clinics and laboratories we have onboarded. Send us a message and we will set up your organisation, then you can add your own practitioners and staff.
- I am not receiving my sign-in code.
- Codes are emailed to your work address and can take a minute to arrive; check the junk folder first. If it still has not arrived, or the address on the account is wrong, email support and we will sort it out.
- The scan stopped part way through. What happened?
- The app stops rather than keep fusing frames it cannot align confidently — that is deliberate, so a distorted model never reaches the lab. Keep the phone 28–38 cm from the foot, move slowly and evenly, and avoid coming back to the foot from a completely different angle after losing sight of it.
- A scan has not uploaded yet.
- Scans queue on the device and upload whenever a connection is available, including after the app is reopened. If one has been stuck for a long time, note the patient and foot and contact us — the scan is still safe on the device.
- How do I have patient data corrected or deleted?
- Patient records belong to the clinic that created them. Ask the clinic in the first instance; if you are the clinic and need our help, write to our privacy address.
